FTP programs need three pieces of information to make a connection:

FOLDER: client_uploads

Launch your FTP program
In the SITE or SERVER field enter ftp.raysreproductions.com
In the USER ID field enter clients@raysreproductions.com
In the PASSWORD field enter aa06459y
Go to the folder client_uploads.
Cut and paste the file to the FTP window.

Type into the Address box Internet Explorer brower: ftp://ftp.raysreproductions.com
In the USER ID field enter clients@raysreproductions.com
In the PASSWORD field enter aa06459y
Double Click on the folder client_uploads.
Follow the Instructions of your browser to Cut and paste the file to the FTP window.

Older PC Instructions:

Open the MS DOS window: by going to the START window and selecting RUN
In the RUN window, enter cmd and press Enter
Move to the directory that has the files you are uploading
Enter ftp ftp.raysreproductions.com and press Enter
On the line that says User enter clients@raysreproductions.com and press enter
On the line that says Password: enter aa06459y and press enter
On the line that says ftp: enter cd client_uploads and press enter
Enter put with the name of the file being uploaded and press Enter.
Example: put c:/ftptest.txt (repeat for each file)
To end FTP type: QUIT
To close the cmd window type: EXIT
